This project proposes an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate legal document analysis, highlight potential legal risks, ensure jurisdictional compliance, and provide actionable suggestions to improve contract terms. Leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP), the system enables real-time contract evaluation, legal risk assessment, and AI-generated clause recommendations. The platform seamlessly integrates with popular business tools, making legal review more accessible, cost-effective, and efficient, ultimately democratizing legal support for small businesses.
